     Shenghong Li received his B.S. in 1993 and M.S. degree in 1996 from JUT, Changchun, China, all in electrical engineering, and received his Ph.D. degree in 1999 from BUPT, Beijing, China, in radio engineering. He was an associate professor at the Dept. of EE at Shanghai JiaotongUniv. from 2001 to 2006, and a professor at the department above from 2006 to now. In 2010, Dr. Li was a visiting scholar in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Hewas a member of information security book editorial committee of China Machinery Industry Press, etc..
    Dr. Li has been in charge of more than 10 Chinese national/provincial/ministerial level research projects such as the ChineseNational 863 Plan Major Project, the Chinese National Natural Science Foundation Project, etc.,has published more than80 journal and conference articles and has more than 10 awarded patents. He is one of the authors of 4 books such as "Information Content Security Management and Application", Chinese Machine Industry Press,2010. Dr. Li won the 1st Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress in 2003, was selected as New century talent of Chinese Education Ministry in 2006 and Shanghai dawn scholar in 2007.
