Biography
    Dr. Hon Hang FONG received his B.Sc (First class) in 1998 from Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong, a M.Phil. degree in 2000 from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Ph.D. degree in 2004 from Hong Kong Baptist University. He was previously a research associate and a postdoctoral associate of Department of Materials Science and Engineering in Cornell University from 2005-2010 and worked closely with George Malliaras and Chris K. Ober. He also worked under the Cornell Nanofabrication Facilities (CNF), the flagship of the National Nanofabrication User Facilities in USA. He also participated in global collaborative research with Panasonic, Corning, General Electric, Orthogonal etc. in the development of organic electronics including novel display and lighting technology such as OLED/PLED, new transistor technology such as organic and oxide TFT, energy technology such as organic photovoltaic, and sensors, etc. Collaborators include Prof. Antonie Kahn, Prof. J.L. Brades, Prof. Z.N. Bao, Prof. Andy Homes, Prof. C.H. Chen etc.

    Dr. FONG has published 29 journal articles (H-index = 14) with citation > 500 and has 2 awarded US patents. He is a reviewer of peep-reviewed SCI journals including Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Applied Physics Letters, etc.
