Biography
    Gaobiao Xiao received his B.S. in 1988 from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, M.S. in 1991 from National University of Defense Technology, Changsha, China, and Ph.D. degree in 2002 from Chiba University, Japan, all in electrical engineering. He was previously an associate professor at the Dept. of EE at Hunan University, Changsha, in 1996-1997, and an Engineer in R&D, Hirel Co. Ltd., Japan, in 2002-2004.

    Dr. Xiao has published 40 journal articles and one book chapter. He is a reviewer for IEEE-TMTT, -TAP, –TEMC, -TCAS,-MWCL,-AWPL, and JNM.
