Xiao-Chun Li is a professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. From 2008 to 2009, she was a Visiting Scholar in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology. 

She published more than 50 papers in international journals and conferences and got 15 research projects from governments and companies as the principle investigator. Her research interests focus on high-speed and microwave circuits, signal and power integrity, EMC, and VLSI CAD. She got Outstanding Youth Foundation, by National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2016, Okawa foundation research grant for information and Telecommunications in 2004, National Excellent Ph. D Dissertation nomination award of China in 2011, morning star young scholar award of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2011, second–class National Technology Invention Award of China in 2008 and first-class Science and TechnologyResearch Award of Shanghai Government in 2005.
