    J. Wang received thePh.D. degree incommunications engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, in 2002.He is with the Institute of Image Communicationand Network Engineering, anda member of Shanghai Key Laboratory of Digital Media Processing and Transmission. His current research interests include multiuser information theory andits application in video and image coding.
