Prof. Guo is currently a IEEE/OSA member, the secretary of IEEE Photonics Shanghai Branch, and he serves as an Associate Editor of IET Optoelectronics, a TPC member of multiple international conferences (ECOCCLEO-Pacific Rim, GFP, etc.)
