Biography

Jun Zhou received his Ph.D. in 1997 from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in electrical engineering. He was an associate professor at the Institute of Image Communication & Information Processing, Dept. of EE at SJTU.

Dr. Zhou is the member of IEEE, the member of Shanghai Image and Graphics Association (SIGA). He was selected to be the director of the SGIA in 2011.
