个人简介


上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院教授,博士生导师上海市曙光学者。分别于2005年和2007年获清华大学学士学位和硕士学位,2013年获美国Rice University博士学位。研究方向为硅基/石墨烯光电子器件。目前在光学领域著名期刊和会议上发表论文65 篇,其中发表第一作者/通信作者论文36篇,包括1篇Nano Letters(第一作者,IF=11.238)和1篇 ACS Nano (共同作者, IF=14.588, ESI 热点论文),论文至今已被SCI(完全)他引1230次, Google Scholar引用2600余次。
