个人简介


郭旭涵:上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院特别研究员,博士生导师,2018年入选上海市“扬帆英才计划”。2009获华中科技大学学士学位,  2014年获英国剑桥大学博士学位,2014-2017年在剑桥大学担任博士后研究员, 20177月加入上海交通大学。

主要研究方向为硅基光电子集成器件、硅基激光器、神经光网络芯片等。

 

目前在光学领域国际核心期刊SCI和重要国际会议EI论文40余篇, 其中第一作者/通信作者期刊论文20余篇,包括Light: Science and Applications, Laser and Photonics Review, ACS Photonics, Photonics Research, Journal of Lightwave Technology, Optics Letters等,合作期刊论文3余篇,包括 Nature Communications等。

 

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年基金各1项,科技部重点研发项目课题1项,上海市自然科学基金2项。
