个人简介
2012年本科毕业于上海交大,2018年博士毕业于美国纽约大学,师从美国工程院院士Theodore S. Rappaport教授。2014年和2015年两次在美国诺基亚贝尔实验室进行暑期实习,2018年至2021年在美国英特尔公司担任系统工程师,2021年11月入职上海交大,担任长聘教轨副教授、博士生导师。谷歌学术引用量2万余次,获IEEE唐纳德芬克奖、IEEE尼尔谢菲尔德最佳传播论文奖、马可尼学会青年学者奖、美国纽约大学工程学院但丁尤拉奖、英特尔杰出发明奖等奖项,信道模型成果之一被国际通信标准3GPP采纳,担任多个期刊的编委。
Biography:
Shu Sun is a tenure-track associate professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). She obtained her bachelor's degree from SJTU in 2012, and her Ph.D. degree from New York University (NYU) in 2018 under the supervision of Prof. Theodore S. Rappaport, a member of the National Academy of Engineering of US. Shu interned at Nokia Bell Labs in the summers of 2014 and 2015, and worked as a systems engineer at Intel Corporation from 2018 to 2021, then joined SJTU as a tenure-track associate professor and Ph.D. advisor in 2021. She has over 20,000 Google citations, and has received the IEEE Donald G. Fink Award, IEEE Neil Shepherd Memorial Best Propagation Paper Award, Marconi Society Paul Baran Young Scholar Award, Dante Youla Award for Graduate Research Excellence in Electrical and Computer Engineering at NYU, Distinguished Invention Award from Intel, etc. Her research outcome on path loss modeling has been adopted by 3GPP. Furthermore, Shu serves as a guest/associate editor for a few international journals.
