个人简介


吴龟灵,博士,上海交通大学电信学院电子工程系“区域光纤通信网与新型光通信系统”国家重点实验室教授;1995年获哈尔滨工业大学光电子专业学士学位,1998、2001年获华中科技大学电子科学与技术专业硕士、博士学位;2011年-2012年,美国南加州大学光通信实验室访问学者;已发表论文100多篇,拥有美国、欧洲,及国家发明专利授权40余项;主要从事光学时间频率传递、光采样与信号处理方面的研究,获得国家自然科学基金(重大科研仪器研制专项、面上)、国家973计划子课题、国家863计划等项目的支持。
