个人简介

2002 年毕业于吉林大学获电子科学与技术专业学士学位;2007年获得英国Surrey大学电子工程博士学位;曾在英国Plastic Logic公司(现改名为FlexEnable)从事印刷有机薄膜晶体管技术和柔性电子纸显示技术的研发工作以及量产线的建立。2009年8月加入上海交通大学电子工程系TFT-LCD关键材料与技术国家工程实验室,组建了印刷电子与柔性集成实验室,面向发展更为友好的“人-机-环境”界面电子技术,拟通过多学科交叉在核心器件技术(晶体管、传感、显示、能量获取器件)、混合器件电路设计、异质集成架构、以及新型制造工艺模式方面寻求突破,为”万物互联“构建底层技术平台。

在国际主流的SCI期刊上以第一/通信作者发表论文超过60篇,由IEEE/SID/ECS/SPIE等国际学术组织举办的相关主要国际会议邀请学术报告超过20次。入选国家教育部“新世纪优秀人才计划”、上海市浦江人才计划。担任IEEE Tran. on Electron Devices和IEEE/OSA Journal of Display Technology的编委、2017 IEEE TED “Flexible Electronics” Special Issue客座编委;2016-2017年起担任IEEE 电子器件学会(EDS)有机电子技术委员会(Organic Electronics Committee)主席,后更名为柔性电子与显示(Flexible Electronics and Displays)技术委员会,并连任2018-2019的主席,推动发起了IEEE薄膜晶体管技术计算机辅助设计国际会议(IEEE CAD-TFT)和柔性电子技术国际会议(IEEE IFETC); 2013-至今,担任SID Active-Matrix Devices技术委员会委员;组织了2017年 IEEE 电路与系统年会 (ISCAS) “Flexible Internet of Things: from Devices to Systems” Special Session;2018 IEEE电子器件与制造国际会议 (EDTM) 国际顾问委员会委员;2017/2018国际显示技术会议(ICDT)程序委员会主席;2014 IEEE CAD-TFT 大会主席、2016 IEEE CAD-TFT技术委员会主席。
