个人简介

电子工程系研究员、博士生导师,青年长江学者、上海科技青年35人引领计划、全球前2%顶尖科学家年度榜单。围绕片上亚波长结构中光场调控的科学问题开展光电子集成芯片研究:提出亚波长结构与片上波导结合,克服相位耦合条件易失配的难题,研制拓扑高带宽电光调制器;提出压电光调谐的低功耗方案,功耗比传统热光方案低三个数量级;提出片上多维度联合调控方法,开发亚波长芯片制造工艺,自主研制多维复用光芯片,实现芯片数据量成倍提升。成果实现亚波长芯片的国内自主制造,已应用于中兴光电子等国内23家单位的光芯片研发,被Nature综述论文评价为器件具有优异容忍度,被IBM公司评为印象深刻的结果。

主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、重点研发计划课题等项目10多项。在Light Science Applications等期刊发表第一/通讯作者论文27篇,其中1篇入选ESI高被引论文,4篇入选封面论文;授权/申请美国/中国发明专利20余件,编写英文专著和中文著作章节,受邀在国内外学术会议作特邀报告17次。担任IEEE光子学会上海分会副主席,任多个期刊的客座编辑与编委,ACP2022等学术会议的技术委员会委员。
