集成光电子器件和芯片,硅光子(Silicon photonics),集成非线性光子(Integrated nonlinear photonics),硅基异质集成激光器(Heterogeneously integrated lasers on silicon)

研究方向
研究方向涉及硅(Si)/氮化硅(SiN)/铌酸锂(LiNbO3)/三五族半导体(InP,AlGaAs等多种材料的异质集成光电子器件和芯片,包括超低损耗无源波导、高品质因数光学微腔、调制器、光学相控阵、非线性集成光子学、异质集成激光器等,研究应用涉及光通信、光互连、激光雷达、光传感、量子光学等光电芯片。
