个人简介
Xingzhao Liu received his B.E. and M.E., in 1984 and 1992 from Harbin Institute of Technology, China, and a Ph.D. degree in 1995 from the Univ. of Tokushima, Japan, all in electrical engineering. He was previously an assistant professor, associate professor and professor at the Dept. of EE at Harbin Institute of Technology. Since 1998 Dr. Liu became a professor at Department of EE。
