个人简介

陆梁军2011年获浙江大学光电系工学学士学位,2016年6月获上海交通大学电子工程系博士学位。在博士期间,参与973计划,863计划,自然科学基金等多个项目,并获得国家奖学金、校三好生、市优秀毕业生等奖学金及荣誉称号。2017年2月加入上海交通大学电子系“区域光纤通信网与新型光通信系统”国家重点实验室,主要研究方向为光电子集成器件、硅基光电子集成芯片,用于光通信、微波光子领域等。现主持国家自然科学青年基金1项,国重实验室自主课题1项,上海市科技重大专项子课题1项;在国外一流刊物和会议上发表论文60余篇,会议邀请报告2次,Google Scholar上引用400余次。陆梁军目前是IEEE/OSA/SPIE会员,Optics Express,Optics Letters,Photonics Technology Letters, Journal of Lightwave Technology等期刊审稿人。
