招聘岗位名称：专职科研、长聘岗位
（一）招聘人数：3
（二）招聘条件：
1、 具备先进光电集成研究方向的基础，热爱科研并具有钻研精神和创新意识；
2、 在光电系统/光电集成/一线工艺等方面具有扎实的专业知识和实验技能；如果在微电子领域具有丰富经验，能与光电结合发挥综合效能也非常欢迎申请；
3、 人品端正、为人坦诚、积极向上、不浮夸、身心健康、无隐性疾病；具有较强的团队合作意识、责任心强，具有良好的学术道德和严谨的科学态度；
4、 年龄在35周岁以下，身心健康、能胜任岗位的工作要求，特别优秀者可放宽年龄；
（三） 岗位职责：
1、 开展基于硅光/铌酸锂/三五族等异质材料的系统级光电集成、光电异质集成工艺、光电混合封装工艺等方面的研究；
2、 指导研究生开展实验，参与科研论文撰写；
3、 参与课题组基金、重大项目的申请和研究；
4、 积极协助团队其它相关科研、教学、光电封装平台建设等方面的工作。
（四） 岗位待遇：
1、 参照上海交通大学标准，具体可根据个人的科研背景和学习工作经历给予加成；按照国家规定足额缴纳相应社会保险和住房公积金；协助解决上海户口及协助解决子女入学问题；
2、 可申请教师公寓或住房补贴，参照事业编制人员享受体检待遇，享有学校公共资源服务等；

（一）Number of recruits: 3
（二）Qualifications:
1、 Have a solid foundation in the field of advanced optoelectronic integration research, with a passion for scientific research and a spirit of exploration and innovation;
2、 Have solid professional knowledge and experimental skills in the areas of optoelectronic system, optoelectronic integration and front-line processes; Have extensive experience in the field of microelectronics, who can be combined with optoelectronics to play a comprehensive effect is also very welcome；
3、 Character integrity, honest, positive，not pompous, in good physical and mental health, no hidden diseases; Have a strong sense of teamwork, a strong sense of responsibility, good academic ethics and rigorous scientific attitude;
4、 Age below 35, physical and mental health, able to meet the work requirements of the post, especially outstanding people can be relaxed age;
（三）Job Responsibilities:
1、 Conduct research on system-level optoelectronic integration based on heterogeneous materials such as silicon photonics, lithium niobate and III-V compounds, as well as the study of optoelectronic heterogeneous integration processes and optoelectronic hybrid packaging processes;
2、 Guide graduate students to carry out experiments and participate in the writing of scientific research papers;
3、 Participate in the application and research of funds and major projects of the group;
4、 Actively assist the team in other related scientific research, teaching, optoelectronic packaging platform construction, and other aspects of work.
（四）Job treatment:
