职位介绍：
上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院电子工程系（2018年QS世界大学排名第62位），包括“信息与通信工程”和“电子科技与技术”两个一级学科，均可授予博士学位并设博士后流动站。四个二级学科包括“通信与信息系统”，“信号与信息处理”，“电路与系统”，“电磁场与微波技术”，其中最后两个是国家重点学科。
电子工程系的主要研究领域包括图像处理与通信，无线通信与信号处理，光纤通信，智能社交网络，图像雷达和目标识别，IC设计，微波射频电路和天线技术，集成和微波光子学，微电子，碳纳米电子器件等。
电子工程系拥有先进光通信系统与网络国家重点实验室，数字电视国家工程研究中心，信息内容分析技术网络国家工程实验室，TFT-LCD材料与技术网络国家工程实验室，上海市导航与定位服务重点实验室等国家级实验室。

一、申请人要求：
助理教授候选人必须具有博士学位，毕业于世界排名前100的大学、中国C9大学或所在学科国内排名前三优先考虑。拥有教职经历者优先。高级人才（终身副教授或终身教授）必须在其领域有领导地位，在国外知名大学具有相当的教职，展示良好的教学、科研和项目主持记录，并参与跨学科合作。

三、年薪待遇如下：
☆助理教授：210-260K元+基于绩效的年度奖金
☆长聘副教授：300K元+基于绩效的年度奖金
☆长聘教授：380-400K +基于绩效的年度奖金

JOB DESCRIPTION
Faculty Positions in Electronics Engineering Department of Shanghai Jiao Tong University
Department of Electronic Engineering in School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, has two primary disciplines including ‘Information and Communication Engineering’ and ‘Electronic Science and Technology’. Both have doctorate authorization with post-doctoral research stations. Four subordinate disciplines include ‘Communication and Information System’, ‘Signal and Information Processing’, ‘Circuits and Systems’, and ‘Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology’. The last two are the National key disciplines.
The main research fields in Department of Electronic Engineering are image processing and communication, wireless communication and signal processing, optical fiber communication, Intelligent social networking, image radar and target recognition, IC design, microwave RF circuit and antenna technology, integrated and microwave photonics,microelectronics, carbon nano electronic device and so on. We have State Key Laboratory of Advanced Optical Communication Systems and Networks, National Engineering Research Center of Digital Television, State Engineering Laboratory for Information Content Analysis Technology Network, National Engineering Laboratory for TFT-LCD Materials and Technologies Networks, Shanghai Key Laboratory of Navigation and Location Based Service and so on.
To further improve the research impact of EE department, we need young talents to join us. The candidates working related fields with our department described above are welcome to join. Successful candidates can join different groups in EE department to work as a team or work independently as a PI.
☆Tenure-track Assistant professor candidates must have an earned doctorate, excellent academic credentials. Additional industry, post-doctoral, professional service are preferred. Candidates with PhD degree achieved from the world top 100 universities, China C9 universities or top-three disciplines are preferred.
☆Mid-career candidates (Tenured associate professor or tenured professor) must be established leaders in their field; exhibit strong records of teaching, publication, and funded research; and demonstrate participation in interdisciplinary collaborations.
The Institute will also recommend its qualified candidates for the One Thousand Talent Program for Young Outstanding Scientists.
The search process will continue until positions are filled or through Dec. 30, 2017. Application materials should include a cover letter with current contact information including email address, a complete curriculum vita, statements of research and teaching goals, and the names of three or more references.
Yearly salary package:
Tenure-track assistant professor: 210-260K RMB + annual bonus based on performance
Tenured associate professor: 300K RMB + annual bonus based on performance
Tenured professor: 380-400K + annual bonus based on performance
Housing benefits will be provided by university and there is additional support for laboratory initiation.
The successful candidates who achieved One Thousand Talent Program for Young Outstanding Scientists will receive special funding from the university and will have equivalent salary with the tenured professor and additional housing benefits from Shanghai government will be provided.
