混合信号集成电路是指同时包含模拟、数字在内的一类集成电路。本课程围绕一类典型数据转换器电路作为案例,展开对这类电路原理、设计与验证方法的讲授。在这个过程中,学生不仅可以从概念到最终设计文档完成一次完整的设计体验,同时在该案例的基础上,还可根据该领域最新的技术发展方向进行变化与创新,从而更深刻的理解混合信号集成电路设计的内涵。

教学目标:掌握混合信号集成电路设计方法,熟练运用前端到后端的设计工具,掌握混合信号集成电路的测试方法,完成典型混合信号集成电路IP的设计与评估。


Mixed-signal integrated circuits refer to a type of integrated circuit that includes both analog and digital components. This course focuses on a class of typical data converter circuits as a case study, providing instruction on the principles, design, and verification methods of such circuits. Throughout this process, students will not only gain a complete design experience from conceptualization to final design documentation but also have the opportunity to explore variations and innovations based on the latest technological developments in this field, thereby gaining a deeper understanding of the essence of mixed-signal integrated circuit design.
