本课程是微电子科学与工程专业本科课程的专业选修课。 随着移动智能终端、云计算、物联网、大数据和人工智能等新业态的迅速发展,微纳电子技术作为高科技和信息产业的关键支柱,正进入快速变革期。在CMOS工艺向深纳米节点持续挺进的过程中,提升芯片性能、发展速度更快、功耗更低的半导体芯片成为集成电路设计的重要挑战。本门课程将以微纳电子核心技术为背景导向,围绕半导体行业领军企业当前主流的先进工艺和前沿设计方法,贯穿集成电路的整体设计流程,涉及先进器件工艺、数字/模拟电路设计技术、系统架构、验证、后端设计、质量与可靠性测试、封装技术等重要设计方法学,将企业的先进设计理念和实战经验引入课堂教学;并基于半导体和集成电路的理论知识,融合当前产学界的热点研究话题,对未来微纳电子技术进行技术展望,同时开展前沿专题讨论。

 This course is the elective course for the under-graduates majored in microelectronics science and technology. Integrated circuits are experiencing a great revolution with the rapid development of the emerging information technologies, such as mobile intelligent terminals, cloud computing, internet of things (IoT), and artificial intelligence. As the technology node progresses into deep-nanoscale regime, it’s becoming more challenging to continuously enhance the functionality and performance while suppressing the power consumption of integrated circuits. This course is oriented by the key techniques of micro-nano electronics, focusing on the state-of-art process technology and advanced integrated circuit design techniques in most leading IC companies of semiconductor industry. By taking the design flow as the main thread, the important design methodologies and hot research topics are covered in this course, such as the advanced device technologies, digital/analog circuit design techniques, system architectures, verification methodologies, back-end design, quality/reliability test, and packaging techniques. Inspired by the advanced circuit design methodologies and practical experiences from IC companies, the students are encouraged to have discussions on emerging research topics which are extensively concerned by the academia and industry.
